Instructions

3-Stir in 1 can (10.5 oz) of cream of mushroom soup, 1 teaspoon dried thyme, 1 teaspoon dried parsley, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, mixing gently for an even blend.
4-Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until the vegetables are tender, keeping in mind the total time is about 8 hours and 20 minutes including prep.
5-Add 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 30 minutes before serving to let it melt perfectly.
