โ˜• Enjoy the rich and comforting flavors of this Iced Brown Sugar Latte, blending sweet vanilla syrup with bold shaken espresso.
โ„๏ธ Perfect for a refreshing yet indulgent coffee treat that’s easy to customize and quick to prepare.

  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients

– 3/4 cup brown sugar

– 1 cinnamon stick or 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

– 3 chai tea bags (optional)

– 3 shots espresso

– 2-3 dashes ground cinnamon

– 1 cup oat milk or milk of choice

– 2-4 tablespoons Vanilla Brown Sugar Syrup (made from the above)

Instructions

1-Start by making the syrup: In a small pot, bring 1 cup water, 3/4 cup brown sugar, and 1 cinnamon stick (or 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon) to a boil.

2-Reduce the heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sugar fully dissolves. Then, remove from heat and stir in 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.

3-If you’re adding 3 chai tea bags for extra flavor, cover the pot and let it steep for 10 minutes. Strain out the tea bags and cinnamon stick if you prefer a smooth syrup, then refrigerate it for up to 2 weeks.

4-Now for the latte: Fill a shaker glass with ice, add 3 shots espresso, 2-4 tablespoons of your homemade Vanilla Brown Sugar Syrup, and 2-3 dashes ground cinnamon.

5-Shake it vigorously for 1 minute to mix everything well, then strain the mixture into a tall glass already filled with ice.

6-Finally, pour in 1 cup oat milk or your favorite milk, stir to combine, and enjoy right away for that perfect chill.

Notes

โ„๏ธ If refrigerated syrup thickens or sludges, bring to room temperature before use.
โ˜• Customize the latte by adjusting syrup amount, milk type, or espresso shots to taste.
