1 cup (200g) granulated sugar

1 cup (85g) unsweetened natural cocoa powder

ΒΌ teaspoon fine sea salt

Β½ teaspoon vanilla extract

2 large eggs

Β½ cup (60g) all-purpose flour

24 ounces (680g) cream cheese, softened to room temperature

Β½ cup (100g) granulated sugar

Β½ cup (100g) light brown sugar

ΒΌ cup (60ml) heavy cream

4 large eggs, room temperature

2 teaspoons vanilla paste or vanilla extract

Β½ cup (120ml) salted caramel sauce (homemade or store-bought)

Instructions

1-Preheat and prepare your pan as directed, setting the stage for a flawless bake.

2-For the brownie layer, mix the melted butter, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, and sea salt until thick, then stir in vanilla and eggs one at a time. Fold in the flour and spread it evenly in the pan what a satisfying step!

3-Bake this layer for 15 minutes until just set, then cool it to room temperature and refrigerate it for the best base.

4-Now for the cheesecake layer: Beat the cream cheese until smooth, add both sugars and heavy cream, and mix well while scraping the bowl sides. Add eggs one at a time, mixing just until smooth, and stir in vanilla for that extra flavor pop.

5-Assemble by pouring the cheesecake batter over the cooled brownie layer, tap the pan to release air bubbles, and place it on a baking sheet. Bake for 55 60 minutes until the top is dry but the center wobbles slightly it’s almost like magic watching it set!
