Instructions
1-Place the cauliflower steaks on the prepared baking sheet.
2-Brush all sides thoroughly with the oil-spice mixture to lock in flavor.
3-For air frying, cook about 15 minutes, flipping halfway; for baking, go for 20 minutes, flipping halfway, until the steaks are fork-tender and golden brown.
4-Remove from heat and sprinkle 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese over the steaks.
5-Return to the oven or air fryer just until the cheese melts, adding that irresistible gooey finish.
6-Optionally garnish with fresh parsley before serving for a pop of color.
