Ingredients

– 1 cup fresh parsley (ends trimmed)

– 1 cup fresh cilantro (ends trimmed)

– 1 to 2 cloves of garlic

– 1 teaspoon of ground coriander

– 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes

– 1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin

– 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger

– Optionally, 1/4 teaspoon of saffron threads

– Kosher salt to taste

– Juice and zest of 1 lemon

– 3/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

1-Prep herbs: Rinse and dry parsley and cilantro

2-Blend base: Combine herbs, garlic, spices, and lemon in processor

3-Add oil: Drizzle in olive oil while pulsing

4-Taste and adjust: Season as needed
