– 1 cup heavy whipping cream
– 4 garlic cloves minced or grated
– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or Cajun seasoning
– 1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste
– 1/4 teaspoon pepper or to taste
– 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1-Prepare the Alfredo sauce: Melt 5 tablespoons of butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat, add 4 minced garlic cloves and stir until fragrant, then mix in 1 cup heavy whipping cream, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Simmer for about 3 minutes until it thickens, and stir in 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese until creamy. Let it cool.
2-Shape the dough: Shape the dough as described above.
3-Add fillings and seal the calzones: Add fillings and seal the calzones.
4-Apply the butter topping: Apply the butter topping.
5-Air fry: Air fry at 375ยฐF for 8 minutes, brushing with butter halfway through and again after cooking.
6-Serve: Serve immediately with marinara sauce if you like.
