๐Ÿช Indulge in rich, no-bake chocolate chip cookie dough brownie bombs that delight your taste buds without heating up your kitchen.
๐Ÿซ Perfect for a quick treat or party favorite, these fudgy and creamy bites combine the best of brownie and cookie dough flavors.

  • Total Time: 1 hour
  • Yield: About 21 brownie bombs 1x

Ingredients

Scale

3 packages prepared fudge brownie bites (about 42 total)

1 1/2 packages chocolate candy coating

3/4 cup softened butter

3/4 cup brown sugar (light or dark)

1/4 cup sugar

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

2 teaspoons milk

2 cups all-purpose flour

Pinch of salt

1 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips, divided

Instructions

1-Step 1: Make the Cookie Dough In a stand mixer with a paddle attachment, cream the 3/4 cup softened butter, 3/4 cup brown sugar, and 1/4 cup sugar until it’s nice and creamy, which takes about 2 minutes. Beat in the 2 teaspoons milk and 1 tablespoon vanilla extract, then add the pinch of salt and 2 cups all-purpose flour, beating until a soft dough forms. Stir in 1 cup of the mini chocolate chips to add that extra chocolatey goodness.

2-Step 2: Assemble the Bombs Take one prepared fudge brownie bite and place a rounded tablespoon of the dough on top, then sandwich it with another brownie bite to make a neat little package. Place these sandwiches on a foil-lined baking sheet and repeat until you have about 20-21 ready to go. Pop them in the freezer for 30 minutes to 1 hour until they’re firm and easy to handle.

3-Step 3: Coat and Finish Melt the 1 1/2 packages chocolate candy coating according to the package directions until it’s smooth and ready for dipping. Dunk each frozen brownie bomb into the melted coating to cover it completely, then place it back on the foil-lined sheet. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips and let everything harden before you dig in. These steps make for a mess-free process, and you’ll love how they turn out.
