🎂 Indulge in Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Flag Dip – safe, no-bake patriotic treat loaded with chips, toffee, and festive colors for instant party wow!
🇺🇸 Edible flag design served with crackers, perfect for 4th of July gatherings without oven time or hassle.

  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Yield: 12 servings

Ingredients

– 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour forms the cookie dough structure after heat-treating

– ¾ cup unsalted butter, softened adds richness and helps the dip stay smooth

– ¾ cup light brown sugar brings caramel flavor and chew

– ½ cup granulated sugar balances sweetness and supports texture

– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract rounds out the classic cookie flavor

– ½ teaspoon fine sea salt makes the sweets taste more “cookie-like”

– 1 cup mini chocolate chips adds chocolate pockets in every bite

– ¾ cup peanut butter chips creates creamy peanut butter flavor throughout

– ¾ cup toffee bits gives crunch and sweet buttery toffee notes

– 1 to 3 tablespoons milk (start with 1 tablespoon) adjusts the dough so it is scoopable and holds its shape

– Red, white, and blue candies for decoration forms the flag pattern

Instructions

1-First Step: Heat-treat the flour. Spread the flour on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 5 minutes. Then let it cool completely.

2-Second Step: In a large bowl, cream the unsalted butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar together for about 3 minutes, until light and fluffy.

3-Third Step: Add vanilla extract and fine sea salt. Mix until combined.

4-Fourth Step: Gradually mix in the cooled flour until combined. You should see no dry flour streaks.

5-Fifth Step: Stir in mini chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and toffee bits.

6-Sixth Step: Add milk slowly, starting with 1 tablespoon. Mix until the dough holds its shape but allows candies to stick. Usually, that is about 1 tablespoon, but you can use 1 to 3 tablespoons total depending on your texture.

7-Seventh Step: Shape the dough into a rectangle on a flat surface (like a cutting board or parchment-lined tray).

8-Eighth Step: Press red, white, and blue candies onto the dough in a flag pattern. Start from the bottom row and work upwards, including sides if desired.

9-Final Step: Serve immediately, or refrigerate without candies if storing for more than 2 hours. If refrigerated, allow the dip to soften at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
