– 4 large eggs for batter

– 1 tbsp vanilla extract for batter

– 1/2 tsp salt for batter

– 6 tbsp cream cheese for frosting

– 1 cup powdered sugar for frosting

– 1 tsp vanilla extract for frosting

– 1 cup heavy whip cream for frosting

– 1-2 tsp cinnamon powder for frosting

Instructions

First Step: Prepare the Crust Mix 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and 6 tbsp unsalted butter until it forms a crumbly dough. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of your pan, then bake it for 10 minutes at 325ยฐF to set it up nicely.

Second Step: Make the Cinnamon Swirl In a bowl, combine 1 cup brown sugar, 1/3 cup all-purpose flour, 1 tbsp ground cinnamon, and 1/3 cup unsalted butter until it turns into a thick paste. Set this aside so it’s ready for layering later you’ll love how it creates those beautiful swirls!
