Instructions

1-Gather all ingredients and prepare them: Mince 4 cloves of garlic, measure out 1 cup heavy cream, and drain 8 oz of spinach if frozen.

2-SautΓ© the spinach first: Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan, add the spinach with a pinch of salt and pepper, and cook until wilted. Set it aside once done.

3-Prepare the sauce: In the same pan, add minced garlic and cook briefly, then pour in Β½ cup chicken broth and 1 cup heavy cream. Stir in Β½ teaspoon Italian seasoning, Β½ teaspoon smoked paprika, ΒΌ teaspoon salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.

4-Cook the gnocchi: Add 16 oz of potato gnocchi to the sauce and simmer for about 5 minutes until tender.
