๐Ÿ— Crispy Chicken Bacon Ranch Wraps combine tender chicken, smoky bacon, and fresh spinach with a creamy ranch dressing for a flavorful, satisfying meal.
๐Ÿฅ— These wraps are quick to make and perfect for a crisp, warm lunch or dinner option that offers a great balance of protein and veggies.

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 6 wraps 1x

Ingredients

Scale

3 cups cooked, chopped chicken

2 cups lightly packed baby spinach, chopped

6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

ยฝ cup ranch dressing (store-bought or homemade)

1 tablespoon dry ranch mix (optional)

1 ยฝ cups shredded cheese (such as Monterey Jack, cheddar, or a similar melting cheese)

6 burrito-size tortillas (10-inch)

Instructions

1-First, in a bowl, mix the 3 cups cooked, chopped chicken, 2 cups lightly packed baby spinach (chopped), 6 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled), ยฝ cup ranch dressing, and 1 tablespoon dry ranch mix (if using) until evenly combined. This creates the flavorful filling that makes the wraps so irresistible.

2-Next, on each of the 6 burrito-size tortillas, sprinkle about 1/4 to 1/3 cup of the 1 ยฝ cups shredded cheese. Then, spread 1/3 to 1/2 cup of the filling in a wide strip down the center of the tortilla. Fold one side over the filling, then the other, pressing lightly to flatten.

3-Heat a griddle or nonstick skillet to medium heat, around 350 degrees for an electric griddle. Lightly coat the seam side of the wraps with nonstick cooking spray or oil. Place them seam-side down and cook for 2-4 minutes, pressing lightly, until golden and crisp.

4-Lightly coat the other side and flip, cooking for another 2-4 minutes until golden, with the filling hot and melted. Finally, cut the wraps in half and serve warm. The whole process takes about 20 minutes prep and 10 minutes cook time, totaling 30 minutes.

Notes

๐Ÿฅ— Use your favorite ranch dressing, homemade or store-bought, to customize flavor.
๐Ÿง€ Choose a good melting cheese like Monterey Jack or cheddar for the best texture.
๐Ÿ”ฅ Cooking seam-side down first seals the wrap and helps it stay intact during cooking.
