– 1 tablespoon honey (can substitute with agave nectar or maple syrup for a vegan option)

– 1 tablespoon lemon juice (helps prevent apples from browning and adds citrus flavor)
– Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1-Chop the apples and cucumber into small bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl.
2-In a separate small bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and honey until well combined.

4-Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
5-Gently toss the salad until all ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.
