Instructions
1-Thinly slice cucumbers and red onion using a mandoline or sharp knife for even, paper-thin slices.

3-Chill the mixture for 20 minutes to let cucumbers absorb the dressing and release excess water.
4-After chilling, transfer the salad to a serving dish, leaving excess water behind to prevent sogginess.
5-Garnish with fresh dill, chives if desired, and season with freshly ground black pepper before serving.
