Instructions

2-Pat the salmon: Pat the salmon filet dry with paper towels for even baking.

3-Combine ingredients: In a bowl, combine 4 tbsp softened unsalted butter, 4 cloves minced garlic, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, and zest from 1 lemon.

4-Prepare the salmon: Place the salmon on the baking sheet and spread the butter mixture over it.

5-Add lemon juice and wedges: Drizzle with juice from the zested lemon and add wedges for serving.

6-Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon reaches 145Β°F internally and flakes easily.
