Ingredients

– 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces

– Salt and black pepper to season generously

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 6 cloves garlic, minced or pressed

– 4 tablespoons salted butter

– 1/2 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves

– 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves, minced

– More fresh thyme and rosemary for garnish (optional)

– 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak for protein base

– Plant-based crumbles for vegan protein base

– 4 tablespoons salted butter for fats

– Olive oil for low-calorie fats

– 6 cloves garlic and herbs for seasonings

– Garlic powder if fresh is unavailable for seasonings

Instructions

1-Generously season the steak pieces with salt and black pepper.

2-Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and add the steak.

3-Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, then remove and set aside.

4-Melt 4 tablespoons salted butter in the skillet and stir in 6 cloves minced garlic, 1/2 tablespoon fresh thyme, and 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary.
