– 12 oz (340g) rigatoni or pasta of choice
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
– Salt and black pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley chopped for garnish
Instructions
1-Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente and reserve 1/4 cup pasta water.
2-Brown the 1 lb (450g) sausage in a skillet for 6-8 minutes and set aside.
3-SautΓ© 4 cloves minced garlic in 2 tbsp butter for 1-2 minutes.
4-Add 1 cup heavy cream and 1 cup Parmesan, stirring until creamy.
5-Toss in pasta and sausage, adjusting with reserved water if needed.
6-Garnish and serve immediately.
