– Β½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
– Β½ teaspoon pepper (or to taste)
– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
– 4 cloves garlic (minced)
– ΒΌ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
– 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley (optional for garnish)
Instructions
1-Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat until very hot.
2-Season steak pieces generously with salt and pepper.
3-Add the steak to the hot skillet in a single layer and cook without stirring for at least 2 minutes to develop a good sear.
4-Continue cooking, turning the steak pieces after 2 minutes, until golden brown. Cook in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
5-Remove steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
6-Reduce heat to medium, add butter to the same skillet and melt.
7-Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the melted butter and cook while stirring for about 30 seconds until the garlic is fragrant and lightly browned.
8-Pour the garlic butter over the steak bites and toss to coat.
9-Garnish with fresh chopped parsley if desired and serve immediately.
