Instructions

4-Include vegetables and water: Include the 1/2 chopped small onion, 2 sliced celery stalks, 1 medium sliced carrot, 4 sliced shiitake mushrooms, and 3 tablespoons of water; stir fry for 3 minutes with constant tossing.
5-Stir in soy sauce and salt: Stir in the 2 teaspoons of soy sauce and 1/2 teaspoon of salt to blend the flavors.
6-Turn off the heat and drizzle sesame oil: Turn off the heat and drizzle the 1 teaspoon of sesame oil over the vegetables, then toss to combine everything evenly.
7-Serve immediately: Serve immediately with white or brown rice for a complete meal.
