– 1 tbsp cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar
– Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
1-Preheat oven: To 400ยฐF
2-Prep sprouts: Trim the Brussels sprouts, halve them, and remove any hard stems or damaged leaves.
3-Toss and roast: Toss them on a rimmed baking sheet with olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme leaves, and chopped bacon. Arrange them cut side down for even roasting. Roast at 400ยฐF for 15 minutes.
4-Add glaze and roast again: Whisk together honey and cider vinegar in a bowl while they cook. After the first roast, drizzle it on and toss, then return to the oven for another 10 minutes.
5-Broil for crispiness: End with a quick broil for extra crunch your dish will be irresistible!
