Instructions
1-Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

3-Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden, cool, and break into small pieces.
4-Whip 2 cups heavy cream to stiff peaks and chill.
5-Beat 8 ounces soft cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add the 2 cans (14 ounces each) sweetened condensed milk, mixing until smooth.
6-Carefully stir in ΒΎ cup key lime juice and 1 tablespoon key lime zest, then gently fold in the whipped cream.
7-Assemble in a trifle dish by layering the 16 ounces angel food cake cubes, half the filling, and half the crumble; repeat the layers.
8-Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving. Garnish with whipped cream if desired.
