– 1 ยฝ cups shredded cheddar cheese

– 1 cup brown gravy (optional)

– ยฝ cup sour cream

– 2 green onions thinly sliced

Instructions

1-First, preheat your oven to 425ยฐF and spread the 32 ounces of frozen french fries in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet for even crisping.

2-Bake the fries for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through to make sure they cook uniformly and turn golden.

3-After baking, set the oven to broil at 500ยฐF, then remove the fries and sprinkle them with 1 ยฝ cups of shredded cheddar cheese and 3 tablespoons of cooked bacon.

Notes

๐Ÿ”ฅ For extra crispy fries, use an air fryer at 390ยฐF for 10-14 minutes instead of baking, then add toppings and broil briefly
๐Ÿง€ Layer the cheese evenly and don’t overload it – too much cheese can make the fries soggy instead of crispy
โฐ Serve immediately after topping – loaded cheese fries are best enjoyed hot and fresh from the oven for maximum crunch and melty goodness
