🥭 Enjoy a refreshing and creamy Mango Frozen Greek Yogurt that’s packed with natural sweetness and protein.
🍦 This easy-to-make, healthy dessert is perfect for a quick snack or a cool treat any time of day.

  • Total Time: 5 minutes (without freezing) or up to 4 hours with freezing
  • Yield: About 4 servings

Ingredients

– 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (2-5% fat preferred)

– 4 cups frozen mango

– 3 tablespoons honey

– Juice of ½ lime

Instructions

1-Add 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, 4 cups frozen mango, 3 tablespoons honey, and the juice of ½ lime to a food processor.

2-Blend until the mixture is thick and smooth, like soft serve; use the mixing attachment if available, and if ingredients get stuck, stop and stir them around for even blending.

3-If the mixture is too thick to blend, add a splash of milk or water to loosen it, helping achieve that perfect consistency.

4-Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey or add more lime juice for extra zing as desired, tailoring it to your preferences.

5-Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture or transfer the mixture to a loaf pan, smooth the top with a spatula, and freeze for 3 to 4 hours to achieve a scoopable consistency.

6-Store in the freezer for up to one month if batch prepping, making it easy to have on hand for busy days.

Notes

❄️ Use frozen mango for thickness and natural sweetness; fresh mango can be frozen before use.
🍋 Lime juice is optional but recommended to brighten flavors.
🥛 Add milk or water if blending is difficult due to thickness.
