๐Ÿต Matcha Frozen Yogurt offers a creamy and refreshing dessert packed with antioxidants and natural green tea flavor.
๐Ÿฆ This recipe is easy to prepare without an ice cream maker, providing a healthy, vibrant treat perfect for any occasion.

  • Total Time: 5 hours 10 minutes

Ingredients

– 3 cups full fat plain Greek yogurt

– ยพ cup pure maple syrup

– 2 tablespoons matcha powder

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

1-First, toss the Greek yogurt, pure maple syrup, matcha powder, and vanilla extract into a blender. Blend it all together until it’s fully mixed, scraping down the sides if needed, which only takes a minute or two.

2-Once smooth, transfer the mixture to ice cube trays or straight into an ice cream maker if you have one.

3-Freeze it for 4 to 6 hours until it’s solid. Then, pop those frozen cubes into a food processor and pulse them until they turn into a creamy consistency. If they’re too hard, let them sit for a bit to soften up.

4-Finally, serve it right away or store it for later, maybe with some toasted coconut flakes on top for extra crunch.
