Ingredients

Scale

1 1/2 cups sugar

Pinch of salt

1 cup fresh orange juice

1 cup whole milk

1 cup half and half (or a substitute of half heavy whipping cream and half whole milk)

1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

1 tsp orange extract
