Ingredients

– 1 lb pancit bihon rice noodles

– 1/2 lb pork, cut into small thin slices

– 1/2 lb chicken, cooked, deboned, and sliced thinly

– 1/8 lb snow peas

– 1 cup carrot

– 1/2 small cabbage, chopped

– 1 cup celery leaves, finely chopped

– 1 onion, chopped

– 1/2 tablespoon garlic, minced

– 2 teaspoons chicken powder

– 5 tablespoons soy sauce

– 3 to 4 cups water

– 3 tablespoons cooking oil

Instructions

1-First Step: Soak the pancit bihon noodles in water for about 10 minutes.

2-Second Step: Heat oil in a large wok, then sautรฉ the garlic and onion until fragrant.

3-Third Step: Add the pork and chicken, cooking for about 2 minutes until browned.

4-Fourth Step: Sprinkle in chicken powder and pour in water. Stir and let simmer for 15 minutes.

5-Fifth Step: Add carrots, snow peas, cabbage, and celery leaves. Simmer a few minutes until the vegetables are tender and vibrant.

6-Sixth Step: Remove the vegetables and meat from the pot, leaving the liquid behind.

7-Seventh Step: Stir the soy sauce into the liquid, then mix well.

8-Eighth Step: Drain the soaked noodles and add them to the pot. Stir until the liquid evaporates and the noodles are coated.

9-Ninth Step: Return the vegetables and meat to the pot and simmer together for 1 or 2 minutes.

10-Final Step: Serve hot and enjoy right away.
