πŸ– This BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders Recipe combines tender pulled pork with tangy barbecue sauce and crispy bacon for a crowd-pleasing meal.
🍞 Served on soft Hawaiian slider buns, these sliders offer a perfect balance of juicy, cheesy, and savory flavors.

  • Total Time: 17 minutes
  • Yield: 12 sliders

Ingredients

– 12 Hawaiian slider rolls

– 2 tablespoons butter for spreading on the rolls

– 1 pound pulled pork

– 2/3 cup barbecue sauce

– 6 slices white cheddar cheese

– 1/2 pound bacon chopped into 2 to 3 inch pieces

– 3 tablespoons melted butter for the glaze

– 2 tablespoons brown sugar for the glaze

– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning for the glaze

– 1 teaspoon minced garlic for the glaze

Instructions

1-First, preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line a baking sheet with a non-stick liner or foil for easy cleanup. This step sets the stage for perfectly baked sliders.

2-Next, cut the slider rolls in half and spread about 1 tablespoon of softened butter on both the top and bottom halves to add a golden touch.

3-Toast the rolls briefly in the oven until they’re lightly browned, which takes just a couple of minutes. Then, warm the pulled pork with 2/3 cup of barbecue sauce in a pan or microwave until it’s hot and flavorful. Evenly distribute the pork on the bottom halves of the rolls for a hearty base.

4-Assembling and Baking: Layer the 6 slices of white cheddar cheese on top of the pork to melt beautifully. Add the 1/2 pound of chopped bacon for a crispy contrast. Place the top halves of the rolls on each slider to complete them.

For the glaze, mix 3 tablespoons of melted butter with 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, and 1 teaspoon of minced garlic. Brush or spoon this glaze evenly over the tops of the sliders. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes until the cheese melts and the buns turn golden brown.

Once done, let them cool for a minute before serving. This method keeps everything juicy and packed with flavor.
