Instructions

1-First Step: Preheat oven to 325ยฐF and set oven rack in middle position. Generously grease two 8 x 4-inch loaf pans with butter and dust with flour, or use baking spray with flour.

2-Second Step: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

3-Third Step: In a large bowl of an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar on medium speed until just blended. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat until mixture is light and fluffy.
