– 1/2 cup butter, cubed
– 1/4 cup milk
– 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
– 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (or 1/8 teaspoon table salt)
Instructions
1-Combine brown sugar, butter, and milk in a saucepan over low heat and stir until melted.
2-Stir continuously for at least 1 minute after melting.
3-Cook on medium heat without stirring for 3-6 minutes until amber.
4-Transfer to a bowl and cool completely.
5-Mix with powdered sugar and salt until smooth.
6-Adjust consistency as needed.
