– 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

– 2 tablespoons sliced green onions

2-Mix 1/2 cup all-purpose flour and 1/2 cup cornstarch in a separate shallow bowl for the crispy outer layer.

7-Heat 1 teaspoon vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and sautΓ© 1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic for 30 seconds to add aroma.

8-Add the sauce mixture to the pan and simmer for 3-4 minutes until it thickens nicely.

9-Toss the fried chicken in the thickened sauce, then sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sesame seeds and 2 tablespoons sliced green onions. Serve it right away for the best taste.
