Instructions

1-First, pulse the 1 1/2 pounds of chilled, hulled strawberries in a food processor until they’re smooth and vibrant. This step brings out the natural fruity essence that pairs so well with lemon.

2-Next, combine the strawberry puree with 8 cups of cold water, 1 1/4 cups of fresh lemon juice, and 2 1/2 to 3 tablespoons of stevia in a large pitcher, stirring until everything mixes evenly.

3-Once blended, taste and adjust the stevia if needed for your preferred sweetness.
