๐Ÿ“ Strawberry Tiramisu offers a delightful combination of creamy mascarpone layers and fresh, flavorful strawberries for a refreshing no-bake dessert.
๐Ÿฐ This recipe is perfect for summer, providing a light yet indulgent treat that requires minimal prep and impressive presentation.

  • Total Time: 9 hours
  • Yield: 6-8 servings

Ingredients

– 1ยฝ pounds fresh strawberries, hulled

– 2 tablespoons cane sugar

– 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

– Pinch of sea salt

– ยฝ cup water

– 8 ounces mascarpone cheese at room temperature

– ยฝ teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1 cup heavy whipping cream

– ยฝ cup powdered sugar, sifted if lumpy

– 24 to 30 ladyfingers (exact number depends on the baking dish size)

Instructions

1-First, wash and hull the strawberries. Thinly slice half and set them aside for layering. Dice the rest and cook them with 2 tablespoons cane sugar, 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar, a pinch of sea salt, and ยฝ cup water over medium heat until it thickens into a sauce. Once done, strain it to separate the solids and juice for assembly.

2-Next, mix 8 ounces mascarpone cheese with ยฝ teaspoon vanilla extract until smooth. In another bowl, whip 1 cup heavy whipping cream with ยฝ cup powdered sugar until soft peaks form, then gently fold it into the mascarpone mixture. This creates the creamy base that makes the dessert so irresistible.

3-Now for the fun part: layering. Dip half of your 24 to 30 ladyfingers briefly into the chilled strawberry syrup and arrange them in a baking dish. Spread half the mascarpone cream over them, add the cooked strawberry solids, and top with sliced strawberries.

4-Repeat with the remaining ladyfingers, cream, and strawberries. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight. This step lets the flavors meld and the ladyfingers soften to a perfect texture.
