– 5 to 6 dried red chilies for the stir-fry

– 1 cup snap peas for the stir-fry

– 1/2 green bell pepper for the stir-fry

– 1/2 red bell pepper for the stir-fry

– 3 green onions for the stir-fry

– 1/3 cup peanuts for the stir-fry

– 2 cups steamed white rice to serve the dish

Instructions

1-Prepare ingredients: Slice 1 pound of chicken breast, chop veggies like 1 cup snap peas and peppers, and mix the sauce with 1/4 cup chicken stock and other items.
