– 1 to 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

– 1 pinch of kosher salt

Instructions

1-First, prepare the dressing by whisking together 2 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons lime juice, 1 to 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, and 1 pinch of kosher salt in a bowl; set aside.

2-In a large bowl or platter, combine the 1/2 watermelon (cubed, about 4 cups), 1 English or hothouse cucumber (peeled and cubed, about 2 cups), 15 chopped fresh mint leaves, and 15 chopped fresh basil leaves.

3-Pour the prepared dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss to combine.
